Andrew Phillips and Jason Sharman's book, International Order in Diversity: War, Trade and Rule in the Indian Ocean (Cambridge University Press, 2015) has been declared the co-winner of the American Political Science Association's Jervis-Schroeder Best Book Award. The award is granted annually by APSA's International Politics and History section. This year, Andrew and Jason shared this award with Ronald Krebs' Narrative and the Making of US National Security (Cambridge University Press, 2015). Both books were released last year in the Cambridge Studies in International Relations series (CSIR), co-edited by UQ's Professor Christian Reus-Smit.
